Our Cancellation Policy : is 48hrs notice prior to arrival – by 2pm UK time 2 days before the check in date. A credit card is required as a guarantee. If the booking is not cancelled outside of the cancellation notice period (48 hours prior to arrival), your credit card will be charged for the amount of the first night. If you do not arrive for your booking on your check-in date your card will be charged the amount of the first night and your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Our Reservation Modification Policy : is 48hrs notice prior to arrival – by 2pm UK time 2 days before the check in date. If you wish to modify a booking, the modification must be made 48hrs prior to arrival.  If the booking is not modified outside of the modification notice period (48 hours prior to arrival), your modification request may be rejected or subject to charges. All modifications are subject to availability and management approval.

If you are delayed and cannot make your check in date, please inform us as soon as possible. Your booking will be subject to cancellation and penalty charge if you do not inform us.

The above cancellation and modification policy does not apply to non-refundable bookings.  For non-refundable bookings, no refund is given in case of cancellation, modification or no-show.  For non-refundable bookings no modification is permitted. For non-refundable bookings, if you do not arrive for your booking on your check-in date your booking will be automatically cancelled.
